Every Saturday from 12:00pm, Garden State Hotel hosts a deliciously decadent hybrid between high tea and Melbourne bottomless brunch. And in 2021, we’re moving our weekly rendezvous under the ficus trees in our stunning indoor Beer Garden. Sip on breakfast-inspired martinis and graze on a curated menu of house-made sweet and savoury high tea treats. Bookings are $79 per person, including 1.5 hours of nibbles and bottomless drinks.
So what’s on the menu, you ask? The bespoke cocktail list is inspired by the brunch time staples of coffee, tea and fruit. Think bottomless martinis with espresso or fruit, mimosas, spritzes, and more. While you sip on delicious drinks, graze on a carefully curated selection of high tea classics.
