Sip on breakfast-inspired martinis while grazing on a curated menu of house-made sweet and savoury nibbles. Bookings are $65 per person, including two hours of food and bottomless drinks.
The bespoke cocktail list is inspired by the brunch time staples of coffee, tea and toast – think free-flowing espresso and passionfruity Porn Star martinis, plus bellinis, Bloody Marys and more. Graze on a carefully curated selection of high tea classics like smoked salmon with baby cucumber, herb ricotta, buttermilk and lemon oil, wagyu bresaola bagels with black truffle cream, horseradish and sweet rocket, and lemon curd tarts with torched meringue and blueberry.
