From Saturday the 31st of August, Garden State Hotel is hosting a deliciously decadent hybrid between high tea and Melbourne bottomless brunch. Sip on bottomless breakfast-inspired martinis while grazing on a curated menu of unlimited house-made sweet and savoury nibbles. Tickets are $65 per person, including two hour of bottomless drinks and unlimited food.

The bespoke cocktail list is influenced by the brunch time staples of coffee, fruit and toast – think free-flowing espresso, Porn Star and breakfast martinis, plus breakfast bellinis and elderflower spritzes.

While the drinks scream ‘martini’, the food screams ‘high tea’. Graze over a carefully curated selection of high tea classics – like buckwheat blinis with smoked salmon and whipped dill cream cheese, muesli with fresh fruit and local goat’s milk yoghurt, or mini croissants with smoked free-range ham and melted swiss gruyere.
